ACF Challenge 63

A very strange challenge this week. Quite a surreal image from Rian to work with. This poor creature went through many changes with me as it evolved into this steampunk hybrid flying thing. Good thing it kept its sense of humor.
Backgrounds and tectures from Playingwithbrushes at T4L, Google and a background from a previous ACF challenge. The main image is from Rian, the wings, hat and wheels are googled. I also used the owl from Graphics Fairy, and the Dirigibles Photoshop brush set.

  3. This is called "making a silk purse out of a sow's ear"....meaning making something worthwhile from something much less than. Somehow you managed to take this bizarre image and make a pleasant and fun surreal piece of it. I bow to your talent!!

  9. Yes, it is strange, but so cool and interesting at the same time--I really like your interpretation! The gears as wheels is a really great touch. =)
