Starting another personal challenge today, a photo a day using my new phone's camera.  Been wanting to get back into photography for a while now so we'll see how it goes.

I'm a first timer here at Journal 52, and with that in mind, my Phrase for 2016 (because a single word didn't quite sat it) is "just try it."
So, I am Just Trying : Journal 52, using my art stuff instead of just buying and collecting for Someday, coping with Type II diabetes, getting more exercise, and a host of other things from my Someday list.

Robert Kushner (born 1949, Pasadena, CA) is an American contemporary painter who is known especially for his involvement in Pattern and Decoration.  He has been called "a founder" of that artistic movement. In addition to painting, Kushner creates installations in a variety of mediums, from large-scale public mosaics to delicate paintings on antique book pages.
