Summer of Color 2015

Week 1

By coincidence, the first week's Summer of color colors are blue, blue and green--and my first week's ICADs perfectly fit the bill.

And I didn't even realize that I was playing!

Here's the bluest, greenest one of the bunch.
blue background, stenciled while wet with white to create a lighter shade of blue and green collage bits. The outline was done with a blue InkJoy pen

  2. Talk about fortuitous. Very impressive, as are all your ICADs (I scrolled below). And to think these were the colors of SOC. Love that you are doing it, too. I haven't even started mine (SOC for the week), and not even sure what medium I'm going to use. Love this though. And I like those found words, too.

  5. Oooh, now you have gone and made me look at the ICAD challenge and I am tempted to join in on that too, Argh! I hold you entirely responsible for my over-committedness!

    Love this one!

  6. I nice little bit of art ---and to think it's only on a 3X5 card!

I had never heard of ICADs. I do ATCs (Artist Trading Cards) but sometimes the small size seems so limiting, and I sometimes need to work with a magnifying glass. I cannot participate officially because I don't have or want a Facebook account. But I can always try them on my own or use them for SOC.

Come visit my SOC for this week:
