More ICADS--Catching up

Made over the weekend.
Day 48
doodled with flip chart marker, accidentally dripped coffee on it and magic happened.
a surfing chef!!!

Day 49
my shopping list, doodled while waiting for the bus.  Added the last bit after I looked at it after the trip. ;-)

Day 50
a bit of a deli paper-gelli plate mop up and some magazine bits.  Don't you want to know the story?

Day 51

Only 10 days left in this challenge--boy, it 's going by fast.  I'm still going to finish my 100 page album--64 so far.
these were inspired by a book review page for a book about modern China, and combined with traditional Chinese joss paper.

Take a word--but I can't spell it...

Background is a collaged postcard I made, figure is a custom shape.

ICADS Days 42-45

Day 42
brush scribbles on rice paper, dress pattern, magazine bits, washi tape and gel pen.  I love that black circle !

Day 43
gelli print, security envelope magazine cutouts. The castle was the back side scrap of another image that was torn out.  Almost threw it out without looking, but I dropped it and it landed on this side.  I love serendipity!

Day 44
Artistamps from an MMSA swap (got some real beauties--thanks guys), gelli print and cutout shapes from watercolor practice, stapled

Day 45
Got a package of washi tape from and Etsy shop in Japan, tore off all the mailing and postage labels, tape transfers and some of the new tape.  The tape is very narrow and comes in 3 roll packs for $2.80, and the shipping is reasonable and it arrives within 10 days.  Here's the shop if you want to check it out.  I have found some great tapes on Etsy!
